Gatwick area, I actually left to go Tesco and ended up just driving for hours. Great roads, really enjoyed the quick stop at Newlands Corner. You local?
I've just been hooning those roads today and this evening.
Nice photographs, car looks very clean, what cleaning products do you use?
Pleased you are enjoying your GR86!

That reminds me I need to go Tesco
Not much to be honest, since the ceramic coating, I’ve just had a no contact snow foam. Planning to just get valet/detail once a month.
Honestly love the car so much!
I think that happened to a few us todayFair enough, I'm near b&c lotus
I also went to the supermarket and got distracted![]()
Did you remove the seat from the car to fit, if so was it straightforward and did you disconnect the battery first?Fitted lumbar support today, because I’m getting old and a little broken. Will post how in the interior section if anyone is interested?View attachment 15345
Ooh been wondering if this could be done, what brand is that cushion? Does it stick well and is it positioned perfectly?Fitted lumbar support today, because I’m getting old and a little broken. Will post how in the interior section if anyone is interested?View attachment 15345
I did my boot light, driver door puddlle light (not fussed about the passenger side as I don't take passengers very often) and the reversing lights to LED. Might do the dome lights, haven't decided yet.Replaced reverse, trunk, door, vanity and map lights with LEDs (although not sold on the cold blue for vanity and map lights).
Made a so-so job toning the reverse lights black to better integrate with the rear. Will ask a professional to do redo it later.
Painted the exhaust end pieces with black hi temp paint. Looked great before I baked the paint, then became a bit ashy but will have to do for now.
I used the Corbeau inflatable one, opened up the back of the seat. Seems to work well at the moment.Ooh been wondering if this could be done, what brand is that cushion? Does it stick well and is it positioned perfectly?
No didn’t need to remove the seat, it’s easy to open the back up while in position.Did you remove the seat from the car to fit, if so was it straightforward and did you disconnect the battery first?
Today I've mostly been watching lfa and lc500 content on YouTube. Now I'm going for a drive in my s**tbox 4 cylinder.![]()
I need to put my cam in the GR. How have you hard wired it? I used a fuse tap in the GT.Mounted my Garmin 57 dash cam and hardwired it so I can use the parking mode.
Added 20 mm spacers on each wheel and “painted the toenails”![]()
I just tapped into the fuses on the drivers side, a bit of a pita to see what you’re doing there. My parking cable have some circuitry to cut the power if the battery gets too low.I need to put my cam in the GR. How have you hard wired it? I used a fuse tap in the GT.
also is parking mode not draining the battery?
Ha ha. Well, an LFA would form part of my dream garage and I'd probably be greedy and have a Nurburging Edition too.LFA!........I'd rather have your "s**tbox" four cylinder with performance you can use on UK roads and £310K in the bank![]()
