GR Yaris Oi! Oi! Savaloy!

Oooh, Cassiopeia Leader is on the move. Seems to be going to China though

@Matthew how did you track the arrivals for Portbury? Everything I've looked at doesn't go far enough into the future. Did you get a plan? :D

-edit-
dw, found it... Porgy isn't listed as arriving in Portbury though... there's a bunch of vehicle carriers coming in, and it goes out to nearly as far as November. Not sure it is now I look at it, or Portbury isn't updated yet. Though, it has carried GR's in the past it seems... I'll keep an eye on it and the Portbury list. The inbounds do look a bit sparse the further out it goes so maybe it's just not got there yet.

Great news. Which boat?

The sailed info shows as the 23rd. Only two vessels which left Nagoya around then were Porgy and Cassiopeia Leader. Cassiopeia Leader is going to China though, and Porgy is heading towards Suez. Porgy was 23rd. Cassiopeia Leader on the 22nd.

Neither are showing on the Bristol inbound yet though. I'm 95% sure is Porgy though, dates line up too well.

It's strange because the Bristol Port information shows a lot of vessels that are eventually going to show up there, that are vehicle carriers... Yet Porgy isn't on the list

@Madcat what's your order number out of interest?

May orders are defo starting to be processed. Hold tight, it'll be you soon! Mine is a late April, but someone in this thread is on a boat two weeks ahead of mine, despite I think a slightly higher order number, and later order date.

What colour and spec is yours? Fizzio ordered his four days before mine and he's already driving his and it's a red one.

Interestingly I just found a colleague of mine is moving to Japan, wonder if i can convince hi my to redirect some packages for me for Japanese only parts

I’ll have a GRMN bonnet, thanks 😊

Funny that's the bit I like the most except maybe the seats, or possibly the clutch.

Bet that's all very cheap!

Are carbon bonnets even legal on the road? I can't see anything to say they aren't.

Yes definately legal. A guy I do sprints with has one on his road-going 911.

Really glad to see so many others arriving, it's making the wait for mine just about bearable.

Living vicariously through others ha

I need to get a runaround now though as a new job means I urgently need a car. Time to see what I can get that's nice and cheap 🙂

On the other place someone with a JW8 has gone into build Hopefully some JY on the way soon!

End of the day though any car in build means less in the way to clear before they got to mine, is how I thought about it. Defo on the tail end now of the wait.

That said I found waiting for the shipping notification worse than going into build in some regards. At least with the ship now I can literally see it on fleetmon moving closer! Be going past Okinawa in a few hours

Also notification just came in.

JW9, still processing order, so if you know when the JW8 went into build I will let you know when mine does (circ pure white), might give people a rough idea how many days it takes to get from one digit to the next.

I don't know why I find this interesting, but I do... Nagoya, or more specifically Toyota itself, is around 6000 miles from where I am... when the vessel leaves it actually gets further away from here up until it gets around to midway through the Bay of Bengal.

So for probably the next 10 days or so, my car is theoretically getting further away.

Plenty of time for you to start researching piracy in the Gulf of Aden 😉
