Well then I better buckle up, it's gonna be a long one hahaIt varies from market to market depending on how keen the importer is. In some markets (like the UK) you can enter an order number and you get the tracking from that point onwards. For many others though it's like @KimmE_GR says, you need a VIN which you're not going to get until your car is in build before you can even start to register it in MyT.
It may be the Slovenian importer has bothered to implement/pay for the end-to-end tracking facility, but I doubt it. You're in the same boat as the rest of us who had to wait for 12+ months without any updates![]()

Mine also went to build in progress on 16th May. Still showing in build now but estimated delivery date keeps changing on Chrome developer tool. Started off 22nd July and then moved to 28th. This week it moved to 28th August and now just shifted to 24th August. On the plus side it looks like MyT is being updated regularly.I got an email and update on MyToyota at May 16th, that might mean that my car is about 2 months from arriving? I'm crazy hyped!
I just learned how to check it, says estimatedDeliveryToFinalDestination: "2022-08-11"Mine also went to build in progress on 16th May. Yeah, you'll probably not see a VIN until the build is actually started, maybe 8 weeks before that date so should be shortly.I just learned how to check it, says estimatedDeliveryToFinalDestination: "2022-08-11"Theres no VIN number assigned tho...
Wasn't this week? Golden week in Japan.See the GR factory as well as some other Toyota factories are closed next week.
Think it’s shut Monday 6th to Friday 10th June . Some details about this on the other forum .
It's a shame Toyota's customer service doesn't match the quality of their carsIf only somebody could give accurate dates, the waiting is crazy. Good job there is not a viable alternative.
