Had the call today, good news is that I am definitely getting a car. Bad news is that it is NCO I think, which was Non Confirmed Order. I was 10.11 order time, Electric Blue 6MT. Just had email asking for 2nd ID. Told I'll be getting monthly updates by email.

I should have asked why people ordering later have build slots already but I guess its just one of those things. As long as I get one in the end!

I had a call a couple of weeks ago (I was a 10:06 order). I was told at the time my car was going to be late August/September. Despite being told this, I got an email asking for a second form of ID only on Friday. I am a cash purchase and not a PCP finance.

I'm now a bit confused as well if my order is actually confirmed or not (I don't have the car appearing in myT). My best guess is that my order still got pushed through but is just waiting for confirmation on the second form of ID before they add it to myT (or so I hope that is the case). Otherwise, if that was not the case, I'm not sure why I was told the expected date was late August/September.

How did you find out it was a NCO? Or did they tell you that directly in your call

I was told mine was an NCO on my welcome call on 23rd. I was worried at the time as I hadn’t heard anyone else being told that. However when my dealer rang they said my order showed 27 July delivery and the code on the Toyota site shows 05 August. So I’m happy with that.

Oh that's good news, I've sent off my 2nd form of ID so I'll wait and see

If it's any help, I was told during my call that I would be asked for a second form of ID (council tax bill or something) via another email, and I received that just after the call ended. Immediately replied, but still see nothing in MyT, and status on the website is still just "purchased".

AFIK Toyota honoured the finance terms for folk who ordered a GRY and the delivery got pushed back beyond the finance deal end date

Just had contact from the salesperson I've been dealing with at my local Toyota and she's saying there's still no sign of my order on their system and that they've heard there was only about 60 cars available?! Whether that's just the Summer/August 2022 allocation, and the 400 that's been quoted elsewhere is the total allocation, I'm not sure sounds like they're (still) just as in the dark as we are though.
