Sounds like you ordered from the same dealer as me, @Mark ... only time I've ever heard from him was 3 days after support emailed me the same information :LOL:

Also got email today with processing order. Checked MyT and now showing Map. Also checked Order Status via Google Chrome method and now showing VIN number and estimated delivery of 22nd July. I ordered 11 May and originally quoted May 22 then moved to October like most.

To those with orders in processing, preferably JV or later, when looking at my toyota web site (not the app), has the order tracker statuses changed order for anyone else? For me the arrived at dealer is now 2nd, before in build. The app still shows correct order.

Yep , I’m a JV order and ‘ arrived at retailer’ is now 2nd. Noticed this a few days ago but not Sure it means anything. Trying not to get my hopes up !!
 
I'm a JY and this has swapped around for me also.
My dealer mailed me yesterday saying still not official ETA as it hasn't gone into build. He said September was the estimate.
 
Can someone please explain how to check ETA/VIN etc via "google chrome developer methods"

In simple terms....as i havent got a clue.:ROFLMAO:

edit.....Its ok...done it....nothing on it.:(

Popped into my local dealership on Sunday. JY order was reported as ‘no new information, still showing as 12th Sept’.
 
Nice, you're down on the tracking sheet as an April... any idea when, roughly? J number?
 
Mine is due in July I’m a ju number still says processing hopefully been built
 
Jus t out of interest , I called Toyota Uk just to ask why MyT wasn’t updating when a few of us are having build notices confirmed by our dealers. Nice lady I spoke to says dealers have more accurate info , the app always lags behind and that they are having a few technical issues with the app. I suspect we will all get a call from our dealers saying your car has arrived and MyT is still “ processing order !”😉
