GR Yaris (Gen 2) GR Yaris Mk2 (MY2024->)

Its not an uncommon thing. I'd take the pads out, inspect and lightly capmpher the edge of the material with a metal file. I use high temp copper grease on the retaining pin.

You could always just report it to the dealer If under warranty. I suspect that hard use of the brakes would eventually get rid of the noise.
The copper grease is located where the plate is behind the pads? Do you think it's enough to smooth the edges?

I didn't realize the stock brakes in Mk2 are so huge - according the press kit they're 18'' front and 16'' rear, and built from aluminum!

What do you mean with a special discount?
You have an 8000€ discount as a launch offer. Only for the month of may. So the final price with this offer IS 52k for the GR Yaris aeropackage and 46.5 for the normal version. Less than what I pay for It 😂 IS somebody talkin about speculation now?

No it isn’t?
Yeah, it is.
* A different suspension set up isn't that special, the vast majority of GR Yaris owners change their suspension set up.
* The Morizo drive mode just fixes the front:rear bias at 50:50. How much that changes the drive experience over the track and gravel mode would be up for debate.
* The steering wheel is the same as the same as the recently announced steering wheel that you can get on other GR Yaris models, so nothing special.
* Aside from being carbon, the bonnet is the same design as that on the aero pack.
* Really? It has a body kit? It looks like every other Gen 2. That's a let down if that is a body kit.

Yeah, the car is cool. But compared to the aero pack, all it has is that spoiler and it's scarcity. There is nothing truly unique and special about it.
