GR Yaris (Gen 2) mk2 Aero package part numbers

Were there any assembly instructions in the package?
There wasn’t any from briefly looking inside the box. The wing itself is fully assembled & I’m confident that it will be self explanatory when it comes to fitting it. I’ll get some pictures uploaded tomorrow with the mounting points & @Z77 more information on the screws. The screws were in the box so I’d assume they are included with the part number I included in my previous post. What they are for, I don’t know yet but they look like nothing special.

As @themanwithastick mentioned, I’m also waiting on the adhesive brackets from whifbitz. They haven’t said anything about them being an extra, I’m hoping they are covered in the original price we paid for the wing. I think we’re getting near to when whifbitz said that they would be arriving. Might email them tomorrow

Following and interested in the window bracket part number.
My Toyota contact says they can get the wing but have told me they can not purchase the window bracket separately and that i need to buy the complete window kit which includes the window bracket. Maybe there is a different part number for the bracket on its own which is different to the part number shown in the window kit? @GRavy_Baby So will be interested to see the part number for the window bracket. I suspect it will be an additional cost.

How wobbly is that wing?

How long were you waiting for the wing and the brackets from time of ordering, I was told 8 weeks
I ordered the wing on 17 December, received it 9th February. The brackets were unknown territory for everyone involved (glass/part numbers etc). I’d think that if you ordered the wing, the brackets would just come with it as a complete package (if ordering via Whifbitz).

I’m really looking forward to getting a chance to fit it now, it’s a nice piece of kit. As I’m installing this on a Gen1 GRY, I’m working on retrofitting a high level brake light that will be mounted internally using the HLBL pod & LED from a regular non-GR Yaris. There is no way of swapping the stock spoiler 3rd brake light into the Aero wing unfortunately.

Some people say it’s pretty sturdy without the brackets but for me, I would prefer to fit them. If that’s how Toyota designed it, I can’t really argue with that. It’s a functional aerodynamic piece & the brackets are there for the ability to generate downforce
The factory installed version of the wing is pretty wobbly, it wobbles when you close the boot.

I can only imagine how bad the wobble is without the brackets.

Cheers, keep us updated on the instalation and also the fitting of the third high mount brake light

Is this a straight 'clip on' part to the standard GRY front bumper? What did you pay for it?
It's the líp on the FRONT bumper, I already show you what It looks like with the imagen I share on this tread long time ago

Yeah I get that, and yes I remember that. My question is if the lip fits straight onto a normal GR Yaris front bumper? Or does it need additional drilling, clips or whatever?
