Hi All,

Those who were in the first batch of cars and took out the service for 3 years will likely be pestered with phonecalls to renewal. I think someone took out a 10 year plan and probably got a good deal.
Anyone thinking of renewing or just paying as you go?
Does your annual mileage affect how much the service is or is that just so they can figure out if you need 2 services in a year?

Not had a quote yet but will see what they say: Pay as you go prices:
Such as: GT86, GR86, GR Yaris, GR Supra
Intermediate Service: £365
Full Service: £545
😲

I’ve been using a local independent, and with the prices that Toyota charge I’ll probably continue doing that after the 3 year warranty expires. I’m only doing around 2500 miles a year so paying £545 for an oil and filter change and a few checks is excessive to me.

Hello, to confirm, the 10 year plans are still available.

I took out a 5 year plan this week, including MOT’s, for a total of £2410. 2 full services and 3 intermediates. Although I may regret getting services carried out at the main dealer come MOT time!!

Cheers

Note - I’ve had a positive experience with the local Steven Eagell dealer near Stourbridge in the past, so feel I can trust them (unless their employees move!!).

Never got one initially. I'll do one more pay as you go and see if an indy would be better after. Warranty won't me much to me soon but this year, any niggles like the window and a few other bits I'll get done.

Cheers all, mines a 2022 plate from the 1st batch I only took out the initial 3 years, so at renewal would I need a 6 year or 7 year plan if I wanted to keep the 10 year warranty going? I'm thinking 6 (9 services in total) because the last 10th year the warranty is finished.

Technically you get can 10 years and 364 days warranty. The warranty is a year / 10k miles from the service date as long as the service is done before it's 10 years old / 100k miles.

Hi, can you tell me how you got the 5 year plan, they said they only do 3 years for me, was it toyota direct or dealership specific? Feel free to DM me direct. Many thanks.

Thanks for this, so looks like it's dealership specific. Cheers
