GR Yaris Ooooo! An update!

Today I heard from the ever helpful Toyota online team again. I have indeed been allocated a car which was cancelled last minute having already been sent to the supplying dealer. The car is back with them in Derbyshire and will be with my dealer towards the end of the month after Easter. Oh and the My Toyota app has gone straight from 'processing order' to 'in transit'. I suspect the next few weeks will pass very slowly.....

Very exciting! I was in a dealership earlier today asking about hybrids and asked if they had any cancellations by any chance - worth a try. I have been praying I’d get a random message saying mine was already at the dealer but expect June is accurate from the Google Chrome trick, that feels long enough.
 
Also got the map appearing on MyT at long long last about an hour ago! Still says processing order though…

Unless it's changed, the map processing order means the factory has accepted the order and it will go into build in the next 2/3 weeks. (y)

Thanks - just so grateful for some kind of movement rather than the same message over and over! Sure this thread is old hat for people that have been driving theirs for over a year by now...which could've been me if I'd not procrastinated for a couple of months:whistle:

It doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten how exciting it all was 😊.

I still remember the exact motorway services I was at when my map appeared 😆 It’s the first sign that it’s real, and someone somewhere is getting ready to build your actual car.

Yep, circuit pack in rally car white. I'd be quite happy if it also had heated seats though..... ;)
 
Good to see March orders coming through.... I'm really hoping my October date moves forward :(
 
Mine's a JS08** ordered early March 21. Still 'processing order', ETA was Sept/Oct to now July. No idea how later orders are getting theirs in build!

I've just had a call from my dealer, it's now also July....... Originally May, then Oct, then Sept, now July.

One of the lines showed me a eta of 16/04/22 for the car to leave the factory, have a dig around see if you can find yours 👍
