Just seen a wide body gr86 with white anime wrap. Anyone know it?

Don't think the owner is here, that car was in japfest, far away from the club
 
Itasha always looks (more) out of place on cars in the UK. Somehow less weird in Japan and the US, not that I’d run a car with it myself.
