Hi everybody. Curious to know what people who made the right choice (got a GR Yaris) own alongside it. And how often do you use each car?

I currently have a Ferrari Roma, which replaced a 992 911 GTS, and a Mini Clubman Cooper S. I picked them both up in October. The Yaris is in between them for power, performance, practicality and propulsion (red and fwd).

The Mini is the workhorse, used for carting my dog, going to the gym, shopping, load carrying, etc. 5000 miles pa. The Yaris is for straight-up fun on the country roads near me (Wilts) and will run to about 3000 miles, including attending cars and coffee meets and the like. The Roma is a GT, so is mainly for longer drives. It’s the most comfortable of the three, and will also cover about 3000 miles.

Nice to have the option of a Roma on your drive!

Right now we have a Model 3 AWD and the Yaris. Both get used pretty much every day.

The Yaris does 10-12k miles a year, a mix of commuting, hooning, tip runs, and European road trips.

The Tesla does about 20-25k because it’s used for work travel (frequent trips to Frankfurt, Amsterdam etc.), but apart from that it shares much the same mix of use as the Yaris. It tends to get used for very short trips (no warm up 😍) and if we’re planning on being more than two up, for obvious reasons.

The Tesla will easily out-drag the Toyota and actually drives and handles very nicely up to about 7/10ths, but show both cars some corners and…well, you know what happens 😁
