GR86 You know it's a cold morning when...

This happened again this morning. It's actually becoming a little irritating purely because the warning is persistent - unless I'm being exceptionally thick, there's no way to clear it for the duration of your drive. It comes up on the info screen, you click the back arrow and it goes away, and just leaves a yellow exclamation mark warning light. But a few seconds later, the warning comes up again, blocking the info screen until you acknowledge it again. Also, even when the tyres warm up and the pressure increases to the proper value, the TPMS system still highlights them as having an issue.

If the main warning message disappeared for good after being acknowledged (until the next ignition cycle), and went away entirely if the tyres returned to the set pressure, then it would be much less irritating. As it is, I think I'm going to have to try intentionally setting the pressures at a low value, and then pumping them back up to 32PSI.

I know from looking at Techstream that the sensors in each tyre appear to record temperature as well as pressure; it's a shame that the system doesn't allow a bit of leeway and prevent the warning if the pressure and temperature have both dropped.
