I ordered my car in Jan ‘21, nearly 2 years ago. Bought this set of used wheels March ‘21, from a Lexus GS300 Sport, made by OZ, £170 for the 4. Wife confused as the car wasn’t due for ages! Spent some time refurbing them myself with a few cans of paint and lacquer. Car arrived March this year and as it’s cooled down a bit I’ve I’ve finally got some tyres and fitted them.

Got a great deal on the tyres from Kwik-fit: Michelin Crossclimate 2 which I think are fantastic for the UK climate, absolutely brilliant in snow and great in the cold and wet. 15% discount on 4 tyres, refund of tyre disposal and valve costs as I supplied my own TPMS sensors so net cost of £406 fitted and balanced. Also a free waterproof Bluetooth speaker which should be on its way!

I’m pretty pleased with how they look and even though they’re a bit heavier (10kg) than the Circuit pack originals I for one can’t really feel any difference in the drive.

Only issue is that my OE Ali Express TPMS sensors have not yet connected.

I like the silver winter wheels look, not as common but it works really well. Think I might get my winter wheels repainted in a different colour for next year when I take them back off in the summer. Agreed on the Crossclimates, good timing with the current colder spell!

I have new old stock Avensis ones on mine but almost anything in 18inch from Lexus or Toyota will fit, just widths and offsets vary a little.
Mine are bloody hefty though! ;-)

Shame no-one makes steels in the right (same) size

jakich nakrętek do kół użyłeś?
Użyłem nakrętek z moich oryginalnych kół.

The question was which wheel nuts did I use. I reused the nuts from my Circuit pack wheels. The fitting is the same and although the hub plate is marginally thicker there is still plenty of engagement.

Are these 18's & what ET are they? I have been hunting high & low & can only seem to find 17's or 18's on a 7" rim or 18's that are ET50 on a 8.5 or9" rim. I am reluctant to spend a lot of money on wheels as if I kerb them, then I won't be annoyed with myself. Tyres are a different matter, as I won't skimp on those, but if I can do as you have done & pick up wheels, TPMS & tyres for under £700 then bargain.

Oh &I don't want the GR to look like a monster truck coming down the road 😂

Little word of warning, the main 'hurdle' is the front brake caliber which is relatively huge compared to many other cars, so far from everything will fit! Always check for clearance there and while spacers can be a solution, it's better to avoid especially on winter wheels where a lot of poke isn't very functional...

The 356mm brakes are not small, and many 17” wheels will struggle.

I have printed off a template for an EBC 355mm BBK to offer up inside one of my 17” wheels, I am not concerned about caliper width, just the barrel. Gut feel is that it will be too tight or not fit at all, but I will try it out during the day tomorrow.

For 17" it's spoke clearances AND barrel indeed. Thick cast wheels won't work for barrel...

Yep they’re exactly the same spec 8J x 18 ET 45.

I checked, and the EBC 355mm kit is too big for the 17” barrel on the RegaMaster.

A 343mm Alcon kit fits ok, but unless the factory caliper is very small, they won’t fit.
