GR Yaris What did you do to your GR Yaris today?

Though so, how cold is it already there? 🥶
I've replaced engine undertray back to stock 'cos even at around 10C in the morning gearbox was cold for like 10-15km.
But still no sign of winter here, well above 0C...

IC cooling is unaffected, maybe even improved as more air will want to go that way. Oil temps barely 100C at 10C ambient, if they go up, it helps performance too... Ambients only going down...

winter tires mounted on new rims. i hope we get some snow this year :)

+ fitted mudflapz shorties in the front. i'm still curios what the developers had in mind. Did they expected we won't drive that car and just put it in a showroom ?

They expected you to wear the gravel rash on the sides of the car with pride? Alternatively fit big mudflaps as the UK launch cars in Goodwood had with the WRC drivers behind the wheel...
 
Fitted MFF flaps.

Not quite the 5 minute job I had in mind, but reasonably easy.

The generic flaps fitted by the supplying dealer using a mixture of wood screws are, I suspect, a long way from Akio Toyoda's vision for the car. They are now in the bin

Full Geo and Stage 1 ECU Map, car is transformed much more responsive in mid range and the slight skittishness gone. Stunning. Many thanks to Ben and team.

Does that mean you will be invalidating the warranty on your engine?

I fully accept what you're saying and can understand the reasons for doing this.
I was asking because I am unsure of the position in these circumstances.
