GR Yaris What did you do to your GR Yaris today?

I always had it on with the standard exhaust but flip-flopped while I had the quieter Legamax exhaust on. It was nice to hear the 'real' exhaust note with it off, but was more exciting with it on. Now I've swapped to the much louder Hi-Power Spec L it's always off. One test with it on was enough!

Thought so too initially but gave it a few days, now I can't stand ESE for even a minute...
 
Fitted the headrest I removed last week now with Elfyn Evans signature - what a lovely bloke he was. Got him to sign it at the McRae rally challenge at Knockhill and my lad got a seat in Colins R4. He wants to do rallying so on the look out for his first rally car in the junior rally.........

Might be a placebo effect, but I'm sure I'm noticing the turbo noise more.

Or it could just be that the windows are down as it's warm outside
 
I've tried it with and without the ESE, and feel there's more road noise without it. Haven't noticed any downsides to leaving it on tbh.
 
Took it to a cars and coffee yesterday at Ypres. I was the only GR there, couple of mk5 supra's also some amazing classic cars like a simca rallye2 widebody, jdm cars, supercars, ... immense variety! The amount of people that wanted to chat about the GR was immense, also spoke with a future owner his is hopefully getting delivered next year in April 🤯

Thank you 🙏 yes they are Rays volk racing te37sl in 18x 9.5 +38 on 255/35/18 pilot sport 4's

Love the design of these. Do they have any impact on handling?
