GR Yaris What did you do to your GR Yaris today?

Charged the LiFePo4 battery. Haven't driven with car a lot recently, or only VERY short distances (1km or so). As usual, charging started at around 30% capacity.

What idiot would wash his car with winds gusting at 40 mph, my excuse is, it's dry. I gave my car a quick jet wash at work on Friday, so most of the grime was removed. Yesterday a bird decided to use the nearside rear wheel arch and rear bumper as a toilet.
So today with a spray bottle containing Williams waterless wash and two micro fibre cloths, I managed to completely clean the whole car in 40 mins. Am I happy with the result, oh yes it's easy to apply even on a blustery day, spray, wipe and buff job done. My car being white it's difficult to appreciate the finish if the suns not shining . On the black trim it really made it shine with no scratches or smears.
It's a very lazy way to clean your car, but when the weather is against you, I would recommend this product which was purchased by myself and I have no connection with the manufacturer.

Happy Christmas Eve to all

Drove back from Aviemore via the Lecht and Glenshee. Barely any cars on the road, which was amazing.

Best with this car, I'm out when everyone else seems to think 'best to stay at home'. I've been on runs where I literally met nobody else. Empty roads ftw!

(although if you end up upside down stuck in a ditch, you better hope someone passes by - stay safe all!)

Merry X-mas 🎄🤶🧑‍🎄🎉 all!

Super shots! What wheels are those, by the way? Have you got winters/CrossClimates on?
Thanks, unfortunately I missed the best photo spot on the way down the Lecht where you can see the road climb behind you (I was driving South, but I think the climbs are perhaps better in the other direction as they are a bit longer).

The wheels are Evo Corse ZAR in Anthracite, in the stock dimensions but I fitted the car with the string theory spacers as they definitely do fill the arches a bit more (in hindsight maybe I should’ve gotten the wheels in a wider offset!). There is a better side on shot below, and yep have got cross climates on them. I think I might keep them on in summer and swap the tyres though as it’s nice to have something a bit different looks wise - with the spacers the car does look a little bit hot wheels like!

In at the local dealer for a 6 monthly check.
Wonder if they will comment on the String Theory spring setup?
They did notice the exhaust last time.

For some reason my car turned into Fiesta ST catnip. Every single one I found turned into a hooligan.

I think they think they have a chance. Then a corner appears and the handling difference becomes very apparent.
