Is it just me or does the GRMN have wider front wings/fenders?

Torque up from 370 to 390 Nm, from increased boost. A very conservative increase!
Adjustable four wheel drive control.
545 extra spot welds on chassis. More glue where spot welds aren’t possible.
-20 kg weight (from rear seat delete).

The body is the main upgrade with the GRMN, everything else is very easily bolted on or similar/better alternatives can be chosen for track driving, but the body will never have the increased structural rigidity, unless you strip it all down and seam weld it of course.

Mr GTR has a video up where shows a body I white showing the locations of the additional welds (red) and glue (blue). Most of the welds are on seam lines. Sort of thing you do when welding a cage in.

Agree, that's the main difference. For me consciously running low peak grip not a big one, plenty stiff as it is, if running high rate coilover suspension and superwide high grip tyres loading the car torsionally a lot more, it will make a noticeable difference for sure.
