GR86 UK Standard Equipment

Thanks to @Smiffy for providing a link to the UK sales brochure, on page 24 & 25, it list a Sport Pack which looks like the TRD kit. So these might be available as dealer fit options:

I need to get my hands on a physical version of that! I have a weird thing about having the brochure for my cars.
Hopefully, they will do the styling packs so we can get our hands on some spoilers (although it's still probably cheaper and a better customer experience to go through Fensport haha)

At least we dont have to buy floor mats!

Interested in what the rear bumper protection film is though. Anyone seen that on US cars?

I was surprised by this as well, although the mats were confirmed on my welcome call with TGB, the protection films were never mentioned.

Another thing that stood out to me was High Beam Assist - it is no longer an automatic exclusive according to the brochure. But cruise control function is!

Yeah I noticed that little dot by Cruise Control too... Hoping thats just for Automatic CC and regular CC will be in both like the order confirmations suggest. ...more solid Comms from Toyota.

Interestingly they say rear sensors are part of a pack. Didn't someone say we'd get them? Not bothered either way since there's a reversing cam. If it's a pack I've seen them on first gen GT86's and it's dealer fit. They had a hard time matching sensor colors to bodywork.

I notice the parking sensors are listed as a parking pack in the brochure. If I download the pdf for my car from my Toyota (web site), the parking sensors have disappeared. They were listed at the end of the safety section.

So whats the β€œ parking pack” I can’t see where that is in the feature list and we can’t tick any boxes other than colour or transmission πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Not sure 'optional' is mentioned, but 'pack' and the disappearance from the pdf worries me!

Well spotted πŸ‘ I think there are several anomalies in there. I’m sure the manual doesn’t get High Beam Assist πŸ€” and I’m reading it as the ACC controls are β€œon” the steering wheel, not a stalk as per the photos

I think a few corrections are required as the brochure contradicts itself. Not sure it’s been through the quality control system, if so it’s not working effectively πŸ€”

Shock! It's also missing a few very obvious options that people will want like mudflaps and stuff all dealers like to flog such as cargo nets and first aid kits.

I think there will be a separate document for smaller lower value items in due course

Anyone fancy emailing Toyota Online to let them know the brochure is unclear? :D

Yes looks like parking sensors no longer on standard spec (as I want these more to spend :poop:🀣) and now an option as parking pack. still for now shows auto dimming rear view mirror and the spoiler now in brochure, Guess will just have to see what turns up on actual cars  and save some more money.

So although nice to see a brochure, it appears to be full of useless nonsense...........

Unless we are all going to get random specs πŸ˜‚ maybe some of us will get a manual duckbill with a cupholder, others a manual with an auto mirror and some random red stitching.

Maybe the 400 are made from the leftover parts bin πŸ˜›

Well the brakes look like they came off a C-HR 😳, but they are made in Turkey 🀣

Looks like Spain has some interesting differences to the UK spec. There is a circuit pack on offer on top of the Touring Pack (I.e. equivalent to the Premium for the UK market). Presumably with the GR Yaris brakes (phenomenal by the way) and forged alloys comes with this upgrade. Spanish cars are limited to 3 colours though which explains why there were some "errors" in one of the reviews suggesting only 3 colour options for the UK market.
