Not sure if it’s where you can set a speed you don’t want to exceed but don’t want to use Cruise Control , it woukd make sense as with the 6AT we get a few extra features including Active Cruise Control

Ah possibly yes. I'd rather that be the case. I assumed, probably incorrectly, that it was this Speed Limiter thing the EU are introducing

I think if that was the case all the models would get it.

The GR86 won't have that, thank god. Only required from 2024. One of the reasons I have bought the GR, in fact.

Comes into effect in the EU on Wednesday, with the UK likely to follow suit.
