thanks for the update instructions...

i wont be using the "shallow" head bolts for the passenger seat due them not screwing in correctly and there is for me, at least, not enough overlap on the head of the bolt due to the frame holes being oval and the 7mm hex in the head of the bolt isnt that great...

I've just had (some of) my replacement bolts fitted. Was supplied 8 of these bolts..

..whereas 5 per side were needed so he had to skip fixing the driver side.

I give up.
 
I ended up buying the DNA kits...drivers and passengers.

Looks a good bit of kit.

I just installed DNA on my car last weekend - great quality, easy install and amazing results in terms of the new driving position. Only downside for me are the white coloured nylon sliders - wish they were black instead.

My experience with this company is that they make good product but completely lack in customer service. So expect to be unable to contact them by phone or get timely replies by email, i.e within several days. If you eventually get what you ordered in a months time I suggest you go figure on its fitment, which to be honest should not be too difficult to anyone mechanically minded, but if you want those instructions then good luck.

"completely lack in customer service" is a massive understatement. I wouldn't mind so much if I'd paid a couple of hundred quid for what is basically some heavy bits of metal, as it really wasn't a product that was ready for sale. Instead I paid over £500 + my garage a few hours for fitting, then had to wait 2 months for the new bolts to arrive, and then pay again for removing and re-fitting only to find there weren't enough of the new bolts! Shambolic springs to mind.

I said this in a DM in the hopes of some offer of reconciliation or even a sincere-sounding apology, but instead I just got 'your bolts are on the way' and I didn't even get a reply when asking about a tracking number. I won't be buying anything from this place again. Lesson learned.

oh thats not good...

i wonder if i will get my bolts...it has been a while now :censored:
 
I only ended up getting the DNA kits simply for the below reasons.....

14 phone calls not answered over 4-5 days...yes 14!...wanting to buy 2 kits there and then. (people who know me know i dont mess around :ROFLMAO: )

3 emails not responded to.

Few fitment issues (which isnt a biggie if sorted quickly)

so....🤷‍♂️

Ive met shaun and some of his lads a couple of times.....top fellas,good to speak to......but if there are the above issues then i had to look elsewhere.

Firms just cant churn stuff out for sale and then when theres issues,suddenly disappear (being really busy doesnt really cut it)......its £500 quids worth just to lower a couple of seats 30mm.......so not some £20 bracket.,so needs to be right.

Suspension secrets brackets are great and customer service was brilliant. Asked about a dozen questions, must have done the guys head in but responded every time with detailed response

Ok my seats don’t slide back but I got what they said in the tin

Hey, tried to order a Seat Lowering Kit from your website. But i cant choose a country outside of UK. Are you not shipping to germany for example?

I wanted to keep all the sliding Features. On Tegiwa i only found the 40 mm version with fixed Seats.
