Oh dear, I discovered Mrs.Tilley's Tablet Popcorn in Aldi today. Wow! Super toffee-like taste and well crunchy. Ate a whole bag in a single sitting, which is probably not a great idea as a type2, but I'm sure drinking several glasses of water will help me flush it out this evening ...
