GR Yaris squeaking noise when turning off ignition

noticed it a few weeks ago and it happens everytime I turn off the ignition, 2 loud squeaks in quick succession first slightly higher pitch from under the car about a second or two after the ignition is turned off, as if its something rotating stopping maybe, can hear it quite clearly with a window down but can't pin point where, will do some investigating at the weekend but does anyone have any ideas what it might be? car is almost 4 years old - 21k miles, Thanks

Not managed to have a proper look yet but noticed when first starting the car then switching off after about a minute it was quieter than when I parked up after Id been out for shopping so appears to be louder after everything is warmed up, nothing feels different driving wise though, I'm not too worried but I'm gunna have the GF turn the car on and off a few times while I poke my head in places tomorrow hopefully pinpoint it

I figured out what's making the noise, it's this mechanism, I think for the turbo oil pipe having had a quick look at the parts catalogue (feel free to correct me) , will give it a little spray with wd40 and hopefully it'll sort it,

The noise is no more 🎉

it was a pain in the backside to get to, had abit of tubing in the work van and used abit of heat shrink insulation to basically extend the WD40straw, needed abit of jiggery pokery down the back of the engine bay, seems to have sorted it for now
 
Hey man! Mine just started making a similar noise when turning off ignition. Did the wd40 fix things? Has it happened again? Could you tell me more precisely what mechanism was involved? Thank you!
 
Not permantly It still happens intermittently a little squirt helps for a few weeks, it's less obvious now than before, I assume abit of dirt has got trapped between the metal surfaces, there's a mechanism which looks like it's for the turbo oil pipe, which moves back and forth when the engines turned off, I've been meaning to try and get of lithium grease on it and check there's no rubber parts near by as lithium grease and rubber don't like each other

The photo I uploaded is the best I could get, I'll try and have a look later, see if I can get a more obvious photo
