Hi Everyone,
I have a 2022 GR Yaris (Gen 1). A while ago the clutch pedal started squeaking. It's always present when driving.
I've troubleshooted a bit and it sounds like the source is somewhere in the cabin.
When I nudge the clutch pedal to the left, the squeaking sounds appears.
When I nudge the clutch pedal to the right, it's fine.
When I just start to step on the clutch pedal, the squeaking sound appears.
Here are a couple of videos I took:
(Right Angle)
(Left Angle)
Photo (Left Angle):
It sounds like something needs to be lubricated, but I can't identify which part is causing this issue.
At first I thought it was the blue spring, I can just reach it with my fingers but it doesn't squeak when i move it with my fingers.
Has anyone had this problem before? It's a minor nuisance.
Thanks for reading!
