GR Yaris So many low milage GR Yaris's for sale...

well here's my just woke up dickhead opinion ๐Ÿ˜…...

Cars are for driving, the idea of buying a car and chucking it in storage for the occasional run out is a waste in my personal opinion, find a car you love to drive, get scratches and stone chips, most of all enjoy it, it's what they're meant for.

If you buy a car and your primary reason is as an 'investment'. I'd argue your not really an enthusiast, you do you but there are better ways to invest money.
Very much so. Friends commented on an extremely clean Yaris at a show last week. My response was a very clean car is an unused car ๐Ÿคฃ

Here in Japan there are quite a few used ones, too. However, cars like an RZ High Performance in very good condition with something like 15,000km are not very common (only a few on Goo Net, for example), and still selling at as-new prices.

I was considering selling, and I've had several offers lately for what I paid. I'm just having a hard time letting go of it... I think the main reason for so many in the used market here is that a lot of people bought them as their only daily driver, and the car is a poor daily driver. It's actually an exhausting car to drive compared to something like a Yaris Cross or Corolla Cross, which go for millions of ยฅ less. My wife, who has driven all of my cars in the 35 years we've been married, commented that the Yaris is "exhausting to ride in for any significant distance." Older people in their 50s (like me) bought them as a throwback to their younger days and found out they actually wanted a Lexus :)

Hey everyone - thanks for your thoughts, I really appreciate it.
I am now the proud owner of a 2023 GR Yaris, and I'm looking forward to seeing what she can do.
I completely agree that a car is for driving not sitting in a garage, so I plan on doing just that!

I agree with you that the Yaris can be tiring, but only in certain conditions: traffic jams with slow driving, bad roads, after a long absence from driving a car with a manual transmission. But Toyota has released a Yaris with an automatic transmission for such cases, which will allow a larger circle of users to enjoy using this car.
But still, driving a manual transmission allows you to fully enjoy this car, but first there will be a smell of the clutch - this is the beginning of the samurai's path. ๐Ÿ’ช

Welcome to Japan :)

My daily being a Lexus NX350h F-Sport doesn't help the Yaris' case :D
Lexus NX350h F-Sport is a great car, but it is different and has different goals.
But Yaris GR, like Mark 2 ๐Ÿ’ช, will now be a legend in the automotive industry, Japan has created another masterpiece.
I hope to visit Japan soon, to experience the culture and local flavor :)
