Forum Event Simply Japanese Sunday 23/7/23 at Beaulieu Motor Museum

So far I have the following down to attend Simply Japanese next month which is a great turnout already. (y)

We need to submit numbers to Beaulieu by 10th July, so if you want to join us please buy your participant ticket (submitting GR Zoo as the club name) no later than Sunday 9th July and update the thread to confirm you are joining us.

Prior to the event I will distribute a club label which you will need to print and show in your windscreen on the day - display cars need to arrive before 10.30am with gates opening at 8.30am.

Sorry guys, been insanely busy with work and forgot all about this.
I haven't got a ticket yet and need to see what's happening that weekend, so if admin could remove me from the list to avoid confusion and I'll post back up if I can make it 👍 ta

Stand tickets also give you entry to other Beaulieu attractions including the museum.
 
I would have loved to have attended this but my car hasn’t arrived yet, it’s on it’s way from Derby to the local dealer according to the MyToyota app.
Although I could come on my Honda bike I guess 😃

As I understand it. Arrive before 10:30 to keep the reserved club parking spaces for GR Zoo. After 10:30. Will just have to park wherever you can.

Details submitted to Beaulieu yesterday and we have been allocated area G13, which has space for up to 25 cars.

As mentioned earlier in the thread display cars need to arrive before 10.30am with gates opening at 8.30am. You'll need to have your entry tickets and the attached Simply Japanese windscreen label printed so that you can easily access the grounds and be directed to the correct location. I've asked for a map of the layout, but don't think this will happen.

The event has two entrances available, one is exhibitors gate at the bottom of the hill as you come into Beaulieu, with the other being the normal Simply event entrance within the attraction. Either entrance is fine to use and both are open from 8.30am, with the exhibitors entrance closing around 11am.

Due to arrival times please park up as instructed and in the order you arrive - once everyone has arrived we may shuffle the cars, but can't do this until everyone is present. Ideally arrive before 9am (if you can), so we can get everything organised and then enjoy the show and the Beaulieu attractions.

We have a nice mix of GR86, GR Supra and GR Yaris cars on display - fingers crossed the weather will be kind and we'll all have a great day.

Remember to print off the attached windscreen label.

Im heading down from near Brighton. Won’t be able to get there personally until about 10:00 though.

Feel free to organise something, but we'll be travelling via Lyndhurst and going straight to the museum. (y)
