Hasn't been confirmed yet, but last year officially gates opened 0830 and closed for display cars at 1030. Details will be shared once we have them.

The early bird tickets for Beaulieu are ending on Friday 5 July at 2pm according to the email they sent me.

Any lurkers who would like to join the GR Zoo stand, then please buy your display ticket and update this thread to confirm your attendance by Midnight Tuesday 9/7/24.

Instructions on stand location, arrival times etc will be shared once we have them.

Additional info for members attending the show.

Please find attached your club label – please can this be distributed amongst your club members prior to the event. Please ensure that they print this label and display it in their windscreen upon entry to the event, this ensures that all members wishing to park within your club area are directed to the correct parking location by our stewards. Please do not modify or add logos to the club label.

We do ask that all individuals have purchased their tickets on an individual basis in advance via our website, to speed up the entry process on the day. This can be done on our website here until 2pm on the day when admission closes: https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-japanese.

Note that we do have two entrances available, the normal Beaulieu attraction entrance off the B3056 but also an additional entrance off the B3054, which will be signed. Either entrance is suitable to use and both are open from 8.30am, with the additional entrance closing around 11am. Where possible, we do ask for car club arrivals to use the additional entrance off the B3054 as this gives more direct access to the club parking areas.

Please note, we do ask clubs to arrive by 10.30am and if members have not arrived by then club spaces will be allocated to general participant parking.

Hoping for dry weather. Regarding the additional entrance. It was a bit of hassle to find but I used that last year. No queuing and really close to where we were positioned so would recommend that.
