An early morning drive down to Beaulieu for any owners attending Simply Japanese 2025.
Meet at Beaconsfield Services junction 2 M40 from 0545.

Will look to leave at 0600 and drive down to Beaulieu on A and B roads only avoiding motorways. Should arrive at the requested entry time for Clubs at 0830 ish depending on if we stop enroute or not.

Route something like this and to be confirmed on the morning:

From Beaconsfield Services, M40, Junction 2, Burtley Wood, A355 Windsor End, Beaconsfield HP9 2SE to National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, John Montagu Building, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst SO42 7ZN via A40.

I’ll be coming from Basingstoke but will meet everyone there as I’ll be in convoy with my husband in his FL5 👍🏻 Is everyone aiming to arrive for approx 8.30am?

Details from Simply Japanese below and the label that you'll need to print off is attached to this post.

Thank you for booking in with your club for Simply Japanese on Sunday 20th July 2025.

Please find attached your club label – please can this be distributed amongst your club members prior to the event. Please ensure that they print this label and display it in their windscreen upon entry to the event, this ensures that all members wishing to park within your club area are directed to the correct parking location by our stewards. Please do not modify or add logos to the club label.

We do ask that all individuals have purchased their tickets on an individual basis in advance via our website, to speed up the entry process on the day. This can be done on our website here until 2pm on the day when admission closes: https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-japanese.

Note that we do have two entrances available, the normal Beaulieu attraction entrance off the B3056 but also an additional entrance off the B3054, which will be signed. Either entrance is suitable to use, and both are open from 8.30am, with the additional entrance closing around 11am. Where possible, we do ask for car club arrivals to use the additional entrance off the B3054 as this gives more direct access to the club parking areas.

Please note, we do ask clubs to arrive by 10.30am and if members have not arrived by then club spaces will be allocated to general participant parking.

Lovely weather at Milford on Sea today.

Met Office is suggesting similar tomorrow. Keeping fingers crossed.
