GR Yaris Show us your aftermarket wheels.

Really nice.
Did you need any spacers for the 17's & do they clear the brakes okay?
No spacers, so factory ET which is good.

It's a bit tight to the barrel with the caliper, but fine*. Wheel weights can pass in front of the caliper.

* For gravel use I would recommend a wheel scrape.

Fitted my track wheels this weekend. They are Motegi MR145 Traklite - 18x8.5 ET35, tyres are Nankang AR-1s in 235/40 size.

There's 18mm clearance to the caliper too.

With normal 60 degree taper wheel nuts I have just over 12mm of thread engagement. I imagine the ET42 size has more if you want it but at the stud diameter it is plenty.

I got them through Tegiwa, they also come in bronze - https://www.tegiwaimports.com/motegi-mr145-alloy-wheel.html

Also do you have a weight for them?

Thanks mate. That's 8 turns, though I double checked and the rears are 8 turns while the fronts were 6.5, less than I'd like really. I've just come back from a day at Goodwood today and nothing moved, checked the torque after every session with no issues. I will try and get it sorted out though, I'd like more on each wheel tbh.

looks great are you lowered?
Yes, I have H&R 35mm springs fitted. Car is running 2.8/2.2 degrees of camber Front/Rear.

Also do you have a weight for them?
They are 8.9kg each, about 100g heavier than the BBS circuit pack wheels. The tyres are a fair bit heavier than the michelins though, pretty much any decent track tyre will be so wheel weight isn't a massive issue.

i like the Japan Racing SL-01. They also have them in white. Does anyone ever seen a GR Yaris with thw hwite ones? I'd like to see a pic.

Well I’m extremely happy, I had a old set of BBS wheels in my garage from my Evo days and I thought I’d throw them on to see what they look like and I think they look great , car and wheels are filthy but they fill the arch just right

My original plan was to get the standard wheels painted gold
