Also swapped, Oulton is closer. Note the shell near Oulton Park closed in May to be rebuilt, can't remember how long it was closed for so best to check closer to the time to make sure it's back open!

The thing is he may not have his GR and may have to use his focus RS and so would this be okay with the organisers, club and Javelin?

The original event sold out in a week. With it being cancelled not everyone could do the 30 November date. AFAIK there may be a few places left, but I would expect it to sell out shortly.
