GR86 Rattling dash

Hi all

I’ve had a few rattles since I got my car in December 22, Some seem to have stopped or maybe I don’t notice anymore.

One though somewhere around the dash on the drivers side remains an irritant, got Toyota to check last week and they found a loose clip and after a road test said all was ok. Except the rattle is still there. Before I take it back again has anyone experienced a similar rattle. I can’t narrow down what’s causing it!

I’d love to know what the rattle is from the passenger side A pillar area.

I had that rattle, the key for me was finding some road near my dealer where I could clearly demonstrate it to them.

When they heard it they fixed it.

Robster is it around the drivers air vent and A pillar area? If so it seems to be a common rattle. No solution yet, I have to admit I haven't bothered as when it happens I squeeze the bottom of the a pillar and it stops instantly.

Both of my A pillar trims creak (not so much rattle) especially when it's cold.

I haven’t managed to pin it down. I’ve tried applying pressure to various bits to see if it stops but still not sure exactly where it’s coming from.

Will try to see if it’s worse when it’s cold. I know there are some days it’s more evident than others
