GR86 Press car at a meet this morning

I have a GR Yaris but I thought you guys might appreciate this.

I was at a local meet this morning when a guy who is paid to run in the press cars turned up in a gr86. Had a good look round it, sat in it, and he parked it next to my friends GT86 so a good side by side comparison.

The guy said it feels like a step up compared to the gt86, more torque in particular.

In the flesh I can confirm the colour is lovely and anyone who has ordered that colour won't be disappointed. Whatever you do don't let the dealer wash it, I could see swirl marks on it already 🤦‍♂️

Unfortunately any dark paint shows swirl marks much more than a light colour, one of the downsides

Thanks for posting. Of the 3 colours that have made it to the UK so far this looks the best but it's not the colour I chose :(

Your colour has made it, I saw one on the M5 last week + see Graham's twitter! I don't think you'll be disappointed with your choice.
 
Thanks for the photos.

I wished they'd kept the rear lights from the GT86. I much prefer them!

Electric Blue just gives me Blu Cantrell vibes...
I've ordered Sapphire but I'm sure when I see Electric, I'll be very surprised and appreciate the colour a lot more than I initially did. It's starting to grow on me to be fair. I'm sure you've made the right choice.
