The more and more I see of these, the more I want my standard steering wheel trimmed as my hands slip on the leather sometimes! o_O
Lovely interior mate!!  (y)

I had an Alcantara cover on mine that I stitched on but ended up wanting the real deal , before that I had like rubber cover because as you say slippery and bit thin , i even have one of then cheap fake leather covers on my old mk1 Yaris as that’s to thin and slippery , so I was abit concerned about this one been too thin , but I love it I’ve adapted to its thinness as it’s not slippery

Hey
  • Is it the GRMN steering wheel?
  • Where did you get it?
  • Is it thicker than the standart wheel?

Hi I was under the illusion it was a GRMN but I’ve since been corrected on a fb group that it’s just a GR accessory item as it’s got silver stitch , it’s still a very nice item and I got it from garage whiffbits, and no it isn’t any thicker to the original

Wheel looks great debating ordering one myself.
Where did you get your matching gear gator surround in white stitch?
Cheers

The gaitors were done at edge automotive but you need to either send yours in or get replacements, I got replacements so I’ve still got my originals stored away

Yes but I didn’t want to retrim my wheel it’s all stored away for the day I put it all back to standard, as the car gets older I wiik probably want it back factory , it’s the only car we own that’s modified we generally prefer standard , so this was the cheapest option as wheels are 500 on eBay so that and a retrim was a fair bit more than I paid for the Alcantara wheel

Looks and feels great!

I've got the same, GRMN steering wheel and gear knob, as well as a few other additions ;)

Some may be a question of taste though 🤣

looks the same. Even the join is in the same place. As long as you're happy, that's the main thing.

I’m happy that my wheel is still here it would of cost 800 for a retrim if you add buying a spare wheel , so I just took the cheapest option , and I’f I’d of been wanting red stitch I still
Would of bought this wheel as it’s Cheaper than a standard wheel off eBay and would of had the stitch colour changed, everything I’ve modified I’ve bought replacements as I know i will want this car back to factory at some point , the house is cluttered with a full interior out of it but I won’t sell it as I know I will want it one day
