Just received this today

Going to cost around $77K Kiwi, the latest GRY price was $60K so pretty spendy to be fair if you are lucky enough to be able to buy one

3400 plus expressions of interest, only 150 or so cars coming this year, so they can basically put what ever price they like on them....

I've not seen the 3400 figure before. Is it official from Toyota NZ or is this a rumour put about by someone in Toyota NZ sales or similar?

A lot of people missed out on the GRY

A expression of interest means very little

I have one but I want a Auto for my partner so will be waiting a while

It is a second ballot started already.
Many of the lucky winners from the 1st one have started receiving their GRC.
Price tag keeps the same, 75k + 1.5k govt fee NZD

Picked up my example on April 24th '23

Timing:
Applied for the first ballot in February '23,
Delivered to Toyota warehouse in early April '23
Owners celebration party held on April 13th '23

Very nice (y)

I understand all of the first ballot aren't allocated yet & the second ballot is underway, kinda turning into a cluster to be fair

Also true, I have the same feeling. Especially considering the price. Again the new govt fee will not help at all (+ $2.6k extra starting from the 1st July)
I've already seen a white GRC on TM for the base price, was not in a high demand though

That would make it nearly $80K, getting to be stupid $$$, going to really have to want one at that price given the current climate
