I have a contact at the venue and may be able to get us a bit of reserved parking, depeding on numbers.
Gates open at 9am, entry is free.

I'll be arranging a little run out around the Peak District beforehand for those wanting to turn up with mucky cars and a big smile, and we'll have a group meet-up at a designated location just a few minutes away from the venue to allow us to all turn up as a big group for 9am.

So, for the run, 6am prompt start at McDonalds Tankersley, just off M1 J36

Roughly how many miles will we be covering? I'm wondering if I'll need to top back up to full at start point or if 3/4 tank will do the job?

You’ll need a decent nav app which allows multiple waypoints, I can highly recommend InRoute for the iPhone
No clue hat those with Android might use I’m afraid
