GR Yaris I wonder when this was changed?

Some of you will remember that the Yaris badge on the rear couldn’t be easily deleted due to the locating dimples beneath it.

On my 2021 car I’d replaced mine when the black badge from AP and had decided to do the same to my 2023 car. Upon removing the badge today I discovered that it’s now just a flat badge without the locators. I wonder when/ why that changed!

That's interesting because that panel on mine has picked up some damage and I'm going to replace it at some point. I'd prefer not having the holes.

Ive just come back from Le Mans and there are a few French Yaris's (or Yari) but there was a lot of them that were none Hybrid.

And because some of them are non hybrid they didn't have the badge and thus didn't have the holes for the badge. So if people want a rear section without holes then look for a non hybrid potentially French one.

Or this part has been updated to not have holes for all of the cars now!?
