GR Yaris Hardwire dashcam

Need power and ignition signal. Is it possible to get from the fuse box under the dash? Could try to figure it out myself but if someone else did it already... We have no rear wiper, rear doors or towing so perhaps there...

I got this to do, I have a viofo dash cam on my desk ready to install. I plan on using the fuse box but using piggyback method.

Let us (me) know how it goes. Running Viofo from cig lighter but with hot weather and another USB in use the load becomes too much...

One of those fuses under the dash will give you Ignition-on power. I picked up power there to run an electronic boost gauge I just can't remember which fuse. I also used the piggyback method (adding a fuse) so I was using a pre-existing. circuit. You need to be aware of the current draw using method. The current draw on my gauge was around 3amps so not enough to cause a problem.

Will do, wish I had it running this morning tbh with the rear cam.. Had a ghetto neglected Mercedes S-Class right on my bumper this morning on my commute to work, I chose to accelerate around a roundabout, he tried the same to keep up and understeered off into the grass!

My 'USB No.1' has now been taken by the Canchecked unit, so if anyone has any other ideas please advise. Thanks
