we are now 163 gr yaris registered in Finland. 132 mk1 and 31 of mk2.

I'm wondering how many Mk2s have been built so far, if this is a thing we could still get from the VIN numbers.
My two current ones are 27757 (the manual) and 29939 (the auto).
Is the VIN list being still maintained by @Ecsrobin?

And I'm also wondering why on Autoscout24 Italy there are currently many new (or demo) Mk2s listed, the most of them coming from Germany.
It looks like Germany has been the luckiest European country when it comes to GRYs allocation, at least from what we see from the Italian market.
Italy always works in quite some mysterious way,s I know... 🤔

Happy to update the list of people are willing to share so will add your mk2’s and mine.

UK data is having a refresh so will have to wait until June and July before we see how many cars have been sold in the region.

I don't know the exact delivery date for the Auto one, since it was first ordered directly by the dealer that registered it initially in its name.

Manual: Delivery on 31/07/2024, Color White
Auto: Registration on 27/11/2024, Color White
 
Pearl white. I ordered it in August 23. MK2 deliveries only started here in December , and I didn't want to wait another 6 months, so got the MK1 at a slightly discounted price because a few people cancelled mk1 orders to wait for mk2 .Ive seen a few March 24 built mk1 here, but nothing later, so I think they were last batch built.Also, Mk2 were only $AUD4000 more than mk1 here in Australia .

Over 6,000 gen2’s have now been built and has taken twice as long as the first gen1’s in part I suspect due to Corolla production. If anyone wants to help us keep track of production numbers feel free to comment with your VIN so it can be added.

Probably also down to EU average fleet emission fines. They can't produce them fast if they want to avoid those.
