Does your car have to be registered after the 1st of September to have a 73 plate? I wanted 74 but the GR86 will be off sale by then.GA73 ZOO is available.

yeh but think 3.5k is pushing it a little. I mean normally if your paying this amount for a plate it's more of a generic one that can be added to other cars. Once you've bought it, you're either keeping the 86 for ever, selling with the car but not likely to get anywhere your money back or sell privately and hope someone is willing to pay the same (limited pool).. It seems too much of a risk if you ask me but just my opinion

I went for GRZ 727. No particular reason other than I liked the way the 7s reflected the Z and the surrounding of the numeral 2. Since ordering I've been interested to discover that one meaning of 727 is it signifies 'great forward movement' and that it's 'highly fortunate'. I'm an Agnostic at heart but, it has given new meaning to an otherwise regular UK dateless number plate.

Does the local dealership affix number plates or is that done down south at the delivery hub? I'd like to take my own plates up and just stick them on temporarily for the short 4.4 miles drive from dealership to the Auto-Salon..

i actually asked what his lowest price was and that its a plate that is quite limited. Reply was '3.5k and could go on millions of cars'... predictably .. it didn't sell.

I didn't realise you can do that - useful to know for the future (I'm happy with my 250 quid all in plate for now!)
I did, back in January. I have been patiently waiting for it.
Was kinda hoping no one would see it tbh. Don't want to spend a fortune when it comes to auction.
There are other good combos available to request but I was told you can only request 1 plate per person. (86 TGR is also available to be added)
