GR86 GR86 logo changes

It looks from various press photos that Toyota have quietly dropped the stylised 86 logo used on the GT86 on the new GR86

I‘m happy with the new look What’s your thoughts

I was never personally a fan. It's probably just me, but it always reminded me of the SS badge, which isn't a good thing to be reminded of.

I hadn’t made the connection myself but I’m more than happy with the new, more simple, layout

I always thought the same with my previous GT86s....either that or a stylised squiggle....hard to see the 86 in it if you had no idea

Interesting that virtually all of the accessories listed in the US catalogue use the old circular 86 logo alongside the GR logo, but cars have latest style on the boot lid

I liked the old logo, but I guess consistency of branding is key
