Hi all, just wondered if we have any other Gran Turismo players on the forum and have tried driving the GR86 in the game? It's the closest I can get to actually driving my car at the moment and is a bit of fun until I take delivery of the real deal at some point.

I have. Was even weighing up wheel and colour options. In game it feels a lot like my brother's modified one but with more power (There's a GRMN GT86 in game which feels identical as has similar mods) . If it feels like it does in game it should be great. If you compare to an original spec GT86 on Primacy's it's a lot faster.
A more general GT7 thread below, but you could always use this one for design mock-ups of the GR86 with different wheels etc

Appreciate this thread won't be for everyone, but I've played every version since GT was released and looking forward to GT7, which launches 4th March '22 (unless they delay it). :oops: Latest trailer released yesterday.

I've tried the GR86 stock with different tyres without any assists and manual to try and get it as close to how it would drive and had loads of laps on Trial Mountain, Deep Forest and Tsukuba. Although they apparently tweaked the handling physics at the last update and I've yet to go on and see if they have improved it further or ruined it.
Myself and a few buddies used to go online quite regularly during lockdown with GT Sport but our first attempt with GT7 was terrible so hopefully they get that right soon.
