I got the call from the online sales team around 5 days after I replied with my licence details and private plate details- hope that helps
 
I confirmed order on 14th July. The online sales team has just called this afternoon to ask for the utility bill.
He also told me that the service plan would be £36/m but not £27 as written in previous email.:(


edited: OK I read the email again, it was FROM £27 not £27. 😂 😂
