GR86 GR86 durability/robustness/build quality (etc.)

To quote a timeless advert, "I say, that's where you're wrong Debra". I reckon that on a Silver car the colour would look fairly sleek. 'orses fer corsiz though init?
Well I will need to do something next year and I am sure all four will need done by then. Matching that matt black may be interesting, but I did like the shiny black finish I think you did. That, or Porsche Bronze 😁

I need one done but no place I’ve taken it to has been confident enough to match it :(

@Alistair31 Give Daryll at M-Tech Alloy Wheel Repairs a shout on 07841597991 (covers Scotland and South Wales! 😯).
He repaired my KonaN satin grey alloys and more recently my GR86’s Bola Hyper-Black wheel after kerbing. Daryll told me he loves the more challenging paint jobs as they’re more interesting and rewarding than straight forward colours. He’ll be able to advise you if it can be done. Tell him I pointed you in his direction - he’s a right Petrol Head too and loved the GR86.

Good shout, thanks.

Is it really that poor? I've not had chance to look at one as yet, the GR Yaris interior quality is decent enough, is it worse than that?
No, it's not. I drive hire cars regularly and have been in all sorts, it's no worse than alot of current cars on the market. I think it appears to be a problem as you are much more likely to scuff and bash the interior simply because it's so compact and low to the ground.

Whenever I give a lift to someone who doesn't own or drive a sports type car, they always have difficulty getting in and out of it and comment on it.

Anybody a solution to the a pillar trim drivers side rattling. The passenger side has the cable for the dashcam behind it which is probably helping 😂
I've had mine into Toyota twice now but no joy. Doesn't help that each time I go in the rattling seems to stop and then starts again when I leave 😂
