Have you checked your safe place? It might be at the neighbours? Or chucked over the garden gate?

Wherever it is, it's with mine too. Was supposed to be at the dealers on Saturday but they've gone very quiet on me.

Had a look in the bin, under the hedge, behind the neighbours shed and chucked over the fence. Nope can't see it

Hopefully hear something this week, dealer asked me to fill out 3 day insurance (already completed) in anticipation as they were fully expecting it.They have also gone quiet/havnt told me it hasn't arrived yet.

Who knows, I think its a lottery as to where these cars are actually going/when they are getting delivered

Toyota GB Online said my car was meant to arrive at dealer on Friday but no luck, woke up this morning to notifcation from App that car has arrived at dealer! Now the wait for the appointment to be able to collect!

I'm sat here waiting for my dealer to tell me it's arrived and all I keep getting are general marketing emails from Toyota!

Just spoke to the online team. They said they were told cars would be delivered in order, hence telling me mine would be last Friday. Someone (they wouldn't tell me who) has decided that is no longer the case.

So if you've been told you were in the first batch and your car hasn't turned up this is why. Expect it some time late December. Maybe. I need to decide what to do now

When I spoke to them Friday for an update they said January, needless to say I wasn't impressed having had the first batch email and set up the 3 day insurance. Both pretty big indicators the car is not long away.
I was in the middle of making a fuss, and then was told actually it will be the 2nd week of December.

it's costing me money at this point, I've made commitments based on the "official communication" information they provide. If i don't have it for the christmas break i will be utterly disappointed.

^^ same here. They should hire a fleet of vans and trailers and personally deliver all cars promised to be "first batch" before Christmas I think. They managed to deliver a car to Northern Ireland so they can sort logistics when it suits.

I’m a 10.42 order, I rang Toyota up and I was told my car has gone into build, however, MyT and Toyota website are still showing ‘processing’. Apparently it might not update until a VIN is allocated. Either that or I was just told incorrect information over the phone.

Thanks Mate, I will give them a call. I would need to prepare to sell my current car if that`s the case.

Lucky Lad! I went to Kidlington to have a test drive and Douglas said he cannot check/see my order in the system.

A few days ago, I received a call from Toyota Birmingham and they are still my selected dealer which was supposed to be changed during my last call with TUK...
