Thanks, I was planning to watch this on my lunchbreak anyway. Another Brexit bonus then.
Still, my issue is less about changes needing to be made, and more with not being told anything. As vinny said, it's impossible to plan anything without even having a hint of when to expect the car.

There is movement from Toyota, it has been predominantly from dealers as opposed to online. To summarise.

The 'european conditions' setback was due to a brake system software update, which was originally rumoured amongst other ideas back in August. This was confirmed with a dealer conversation from a member off of this forum.

Those with devtool original delivery dates between July-Oct, which were pushed back to the 2nd week of November seem to be pretty solid now. Confirmation from my dealer and others suggest those dates with confidence, my dealer contacted me, I did not chase them.

Toyota online have been emailing customers with order updates on or around the 12th October, confirming payment methods, Px and private plates, along with an ending message saying: "A member of the Toyota Buy Online team will be in touch to process the final stages of your order when your car is due to arrive"

Regarding the spoiler orders:

Well my local dealership ere in ‘Ull first said their parts team can’t order a spoiler. Then quickly followed with they can order a spoiler, but there’s no picture of what it looks like and it’s only available in silver? Can anyone who has successfully ordered theirs confirm what colour they’ve ordered and potentially what dealer that was with.

I knew this would happen. More Toyota things I guess

Mine is ordered in Magnatite Gray with Marshall’s Cardiff.

quick question on the spoiler ordering, is it confirmed that its the ducktail spoiler rather than just the standard spoiler? The standard spoiler is a separate bit of trim/bodywork in its own right and as per the video's just unbolts. My dealer chased the parts dept and said the GR86 accessories/parts list hasnt been published yet...

Isn’t the standard spoiler built into the boot lid? I’d have thought it would be the different piece seen here:

I'll phone them tomorrow as they seem to be a right shower. They got part numbers emailed last week from Toyota GB. It shouldn't be this difficult.
 
I phoned mine asking about spoiler and haven’t heard back, will chase tomorrow. The impression I get is that they just don’t care at all about online sales even though we had no other options. I’m trying to give them money!
