Same. Must be the dealers in Wales. Did say this when I had the call this morning but since they know less than we do I'd expect it. Which makes me think more that I'll fit the ducktail myself, since it has to be bought at dealer level and I'm not paying £200+ for fitting.

Yeah if it’s a case of 3M tape and lining it up (without the dealers drilling into the boot) then I’ll be doing the same!

Guessing you’re using a dealer more your way? Mine is in Cardiff.

Yeah Swansea. Will be interesting to see how the experience will be when we actually get our cars. Family history with them has been mixed. At least Cardiff and Newport are options to use too, even if it means making a day out of it.

It does make me chuckle that they've the nerve to say

Been offered duckbill at £475 fitted Inc VAT. Dunno whether to get them to do it or just stick it on myself

I’ve just ordered and paid for mine as when the parts man checked there were only 21 Red ones in Europe. Will probably stick on myself as the dealer wanted £187 to fit.
 
I paid £290 + VAT, think I saw someone say they were £300 inc VAT but I’m happy at that anyway.
 
Mine was £311 total, orderd from japan so price seem fair. Will be sticking it on myself, dont want to bolt it down. If there is a future owner who isnt a fan then no harm done.
 
Is it possible to just stick it on? Some of the bolts can be removed but I think about four of them were captive, so they'd be in the way.
I will probably just bolt it on anyway. Shouldn't be too difficult, they supply a template and if you're only drilling into plastic, no worries about rust setting in.

From what I recall the bolts were 3M’d to the spoiler anyway so can be removed so they aren’t in the way. Just replace the bolt locations with 4 more 3M pads and Bob’s your uncle.
