Which dealer is offering that? Im in Hampshire too and want the DT fitted.
Also what time was your order made?

I was cash and asked to move to finance a few months ago, I popped the online team a few questions and been assigned a contact until handover. A few questions he answered were around demo cars:

"We expect demo vehicles to start arriving in the coming weeks and the first customer vehicles to arrive not to long after. We are still awaiting final confirmation of demo launch but do expect GR Centre's to receive one and customers with confirmed orders will be given priority to test drive."

Think this might be the most positive news I've had yet. I then received the same email as people pasted above but mine says 'finance' as a payment.
 
I have also got the confirmation emails just after 16:00. The end of the tunnel seems to be close now
 
I suspect with Toyota's cutting edge systems (cue images of Barney rubble) are sending emails out to cash/no private plate/no part ex folks first as they require the least effort to produce manually.
 
Just saw this on the bottom of the email:

"Thank you for your continual patience"

Early bird with no email here. Not fussed until there are details of test drives tbh
 
Emailed dealer about ducktail, wasn’t bothered about it until it’s coming through as a dealer fit option at reasonable price. And my wife prefers the look with the spoiler than without 🤣

I also emailed my dealer about it haha. I thought I would be fine to live without it but the more pictures I see of EU/JDM spec cars, the more I feel like it’s missing something.
Hopefully we can all get a reasonable price.
 
My current lease car goes back mid-Dec and my GR86 is currently being built. This puts potential delivery (assuming things will be up and moving by the time it arrives) close enough to not make it worthwhile buying a temporary interim car.

Those that have courtesy cars from Toyota... on what basis did you arrange that? Any details much appreciated (y)
