GR86 GR86 Delivery Tracking and Collection thread

If mine is on Porgy it lands tonight. What's frustrating is I could probably see it from Mumbles with some binos and yet it goes all the way to Derby to sit there for however long.
 
I did speak to someone at Toyota a couple of weeks ago, as I raised a complaint to the MD and now get a regular update (even if it is no news!).

There will be an update in terms of the resolution of what is happening to the cars in country in the next couple of weeks according to the email I got today.

Thanks for the update, and thanks for your efforts in terms of a formal complaint.

However, in terms of Toyota's assurances - the phrase "chinny reckon" springs to mind (younger readers - ask your parents/Google).

Spoke to Toyota Online this afternoon just to make contact and to see if there are any developments.
Mines a 10.56 order..... 20th April
He said he'll check as there have been updates bearing in mind that I was told on the 1st August that the eta would be at the end of this year!
Anyway he checked and said that based on my order time that the system now says ETA : April '23 !!!!! but was quick to add that it could be sooner or later than that. I'm happy with that anyway.....
Also I was told that Toyota are honouring the 4.9% that was advertised at the time of ordering. They review this every quarter but Toyota have said it will likely remain at 4.9%.
He did point out that the GFV could alter up or down therefore if GFV goes up the monthly payments will come down and vice versa.
He gave an example of a GR86 on 4.9% over 42 months with a GFV of £16,470 the monthly payments will be £319.70 p/mth.

Meant to have included a £5000 deposit!
 
My last e-mail from Toyota UK said "Please understand that your GR86 could potentially land in either 2022 or 2023 allocation." but this was after I hassled the supplying dealer to see if they could find out anything. It's currently 'Processing Order', so no further forward.
 
MyT app seems to not have the correct information but the website do. They also removed dates and VIN from web Devtool trick
 
just checked my stats.

The same here: most of the data is missing.
 
Perhaps they’ve updated it so we can no longer spy on placeholder dates? But also knocked out some functionality in the app by accident.
 
Same for me, app not showing progress anymore, however if I log into my account on my laptop, I can see in the Track Your Order section that my car has now moved to the "In Transit Portbury" section. All dates in the Dev tools have now gone. It's not just GR86's though, someone with a GR Yaris on order is seeing similar https://www.gr-zoo.com/threads/oi-oi-savaloy.1636/post-33095, so it could just be that changes are being made behind the scenes on the website.
 
Came straight here to say this, as I checked mine this morning expecting it to go into build sometime this week (found a date on the dev tools suggesting it would leave Aichi on 27th of September) - wondered if it had all disappeared for me because it was transitioning into build or something, but obviously not.
I wonder, because the higher ups are obviously aware that we use this, if they've reworked it to ensure this information is hidden. I'll do some digging and find if they've moved it.
