GR86 GR86 Delivery Tracking and Collection thread

Tried calling the online team today and was diverted to their customer service department. The guy dealing with the orders was already on the phone so they put a marker on my system for a call back (probably won’t happen now as it’s after 16:00).
My dealership need to know when the car is coming so they can order the spoiler as they’re a small parts department and don’t want it hanging around for weeks to get damaged and the PPF place are also badgering me for a date as they’re pretty much full now.

Adding to this, not currently having a car is really frustrating me and if it stays as is, I’ll be having Christmas on my own as I was due to visit family haha.

Mine is a smaller dealer they have 4 cars to be delivered over next 12 months including mine which is first. The GR centre which is 40 miles away and the parent branch to mine has zero orders/deliveries !! Think they have the GR centre in the wrong location !!!

Mine's in the dealer and I was planning to collect tomorrow. Unfortunately they had no record of me arranging the 'drive away' cover otherwise I could have collected tomorrow. Will have to be Monday evening now...oh well.

So we solved the TPMS issue - hurrah!

So as of this afternoon I now own a GR86.

Its been a long ride but car is great. Reminds me of my old Cayman so much (mid engine vs front engine aside).

RRG Bolton were fantastic - turned around the PDI from arrival in 24 hours and kept me informed all the way. Through to making sure I was the first person to actually drive it to test the TPMS issue.

Now just need to fit my ducktail which has been lying in my bedroom for the last 3 weeks much to my wife’s annoyance!

Looks amazing! What was the TPMS remedy after? Reset using the button in the glovebox?

Good to see some folks getting their cars on here - happy for you and can't wait for mine.
Small dealer her too and only expecting 5 cars in total so not sure if we will get ours. The GR centre near here are getting 0 cars, as others have said you think they would prioritise GR centres for deliveries.

Looks ace✌️ (think I’ve now gone through a stage of thinking every colour is the best…)

Just a heads up for any of those due to collect your cars imminently, while it's still cold - beware that the factory screenwash is evidently crap :/

It was cold last night, but not that cold - perhaps -1 or -2 degrees at most. Yet this morning, I noticed that the headlight washers were actually sticking out of the car a bit - evidently the screenwash must have frozen, expanded, and pushed them up, and the screen washing jets needed time to thaw out before working as well.

Thanks for the heads up.
