I get your point, but I like to think I am reasonably safe with Toyota as compared to many other companies. I would like a date in writing though.
The dealer tells me it will be 2-Dec, which sounds like a lot of others.

+1. Showing next step as Gillingham. Although no word on payment yet.
Also, dev tools - the CallOffStatus has updated from "Free" to "Called Off".

One hopes the context of that means "Called Off to the dealer as the next party responsible for delivery" or something, as opposed to "We're calling the whole thing off, send the car back to Japan and give him his deposit back"

I hope that the positions are generic as my car is not showing where it's meant to be going!
I'll need to check development tools later to see if the address is still correct for my dealer. It was last night.

This sounds more feasible than people’s cars arriving at their chosen dealer given Toyota’s past history 😂


MyT has also updated to show my final dealer too so fingers crossed.
 
Mine hasn’t updated yet but am a 10:20 order and my car only arrived in the UK about 3 weeks ago, so probably at the back of the virtual queue for now.
 
Mine updated too. Hmm. No email for payment. I will pay when I see it in the dealership and can confirm the vin number
 
Just spoken to Toyota online. My car is due at my dealer next week, payment now sent. Once all confirmed they'll be in touch to arrange handover date and time. He did say that in the last hour they had a big batch of updates for deliveries come through and he now had a lot of customers to contact today to finalise paperwork and payments.
 
Update - I’ve just had an email from Toyota Online to say my car is anticipated to arrive at my chosen dealer, “towards the end of December.”

It was in response to a query I raised about not being able to generate a insurance quote.

I’m a 10.10 order and car has been here since August.

I also had MyT updated today to show my local dealer as well.

Already talking about the end of december? honestly...
I would go and collect it if they are struggling getting them to dealers.

Here we go. Estimates slipping already :/

I'm 10.04 order but the car's been here since September. Haven't heard about payment yet, so I guess I wont be until the "end of December" either.

Knew I was getting my hopes up too much about a Christmas drive.
