Scraped all unique part numbers and their release dates from the new parts catalogue and performed some basic (and maybe useless ) data analysis.
The chart below, presented on a logarithmic scale, shows the number of unique part numbers introduced for the GR Yaris on specific dates.
This does not necessarily indicate that all of these were actual upgraded parts, but I expect at least some of them align with Toyota's 'race to road' philosophy of continuous improvement.
